Peptide Therapy Cost in 2026: What Clinics Charge, and What the Price Hides

Advertised prices run from about $99 a month to $600 or more. The number in the ad is almost never the twelve-month total.

Prices checked October 27, 2026

In October 2026, advertised peptide pricing split into two markets. Compounded GLP-1 programs competed on a headline of $99 to $199 a month. Peptide protocols for recovery, growth-hormone support and longevity were quoted at roughly $150 to $600 a month inside a clinical program. Both figures usually exclude the one-time intake fee, which runs from $39 at Rx Peps Direct to $195 to $695 at Opt Health, and lab work, which ClinicLayer puts at $250 to $700 a year in the general case and at $450 to $1,700 a year at Marek Health.

What each delivery model advertises, and what it leaves out

These are published or advertised figures from named providers and pricing guides, collected on October 27, 2026. They are not this site's prices. FindPeptideClinics does not sell peptides or medicine. If you would rather compare named providers than price bands, the clinic directory starts here.

Why published ranges are so wide

One 2026 pricing guide reports a $120 to $330 a month band for at-home peptide therapy including supplies. Another reports $150 to $2,000 a month across the category. Both can be true: they are averaging different products. A single peptide at a low dose and a multi-peptide stack with weekly oversight are not the same purchase, and a category average hides that.

Treat any single number as a starting point for a question, not as the price. The useful question is what the same protocol costs at month one, month six and month twelve, with labs included.

The four line items that sit outside the monthly number

Intake or consultation fee. Advertised between $39 and $695 across the providers checked: $39 at Rx Peps Direct, $195 to $695 at Opt Health. It is charged before anything ships and is often non-refundable if the clinician declines to prescribe.

Laboratory work. For growth-hormone peptides, many prescribers order a baseline IGF-1; most programs also want a metabolic panel and a CBC. Where labs are not bundled, ClinicLayer puts the general add-on at $250 to $700 a year and its Marek Health line at $450 to $1,700 a year.

Supplies and shipping. Injection supplies, cold-chain shipping and replacement vials after a dose change are usually separate or capped per shipment.

Dose escalation. A tiered or per-fill price can rise as the protocol moves up. A flat price cannot. Ask which model the quote uses before comparing two quotes side by side.

Why a per-milligram vial price is not a cheap clinic price

Some sites advertise peptides by the milligram, with 2026 figures around $3.55 to $9.84 per mg. That is a price for a vial sold for laboratory research. It carries no prescriber, no pharmacy dispensing license for human use, no sterility and endotoxin testing for injection, and no recourse if the contents differ from the label.

FDA has made that point in warning letters. In a June 2026 letter the agency wrote that despite labeling marketing the products for "RESEARCH USE ONLY" and "not for human consumption," the evidence established that the products were "intended to be drugs for human use". Comparing that price with a clinic price compares two different products. Our compound status pages and the regulatory status tracker cover where each compound actually stands.

How to compare two quotes on the same basis

  1. Twelve months, not one month. Add the intake fee, twelve months of medicine at the dose you expect by month three, and every lab panel.
  2. Name the peptide and the dose. A quote for "peptides" is not a quote. Get the compound, the strength and the frequency in writing.
  3. Ask whether labs are included and how often. Baseline only, or quarterly. The difference is several hundred dollars a year.
  4. Ask what happens when the dose goes up. Flat-fee and tiered models behave differently, and this is where cheap quotes stop being cheap.
  5. Ask who prescribes and who dispenses. A licensed prescriber and a named 503A or 503B pharmacy are the two facts that separate a clinic from a reseller.
  6. Get the cancellation terms before paying. Membership programs renew until cancelled, and the renewal is often the largest number in the arrangement.

Questions people ask about peptide therapy cost

How much does peptide therapy cost per month?

Advertised prices checked in October 2026 ran from about $99 a month for compounded semaglutide at the lowest-cost telehealth program to $600 or more for an in-clinic protocol with labs and follow-up. Published guides report a wider $150 to $2,000 spread once different peptides and clinic types are averaged together.

What is not included in the advertised monthly price?

Usually a one-time intake fee of $39 to $695, lab panels at $250 to $700 a year in the general case and $450 to $1,700 a year where a clinic itemizes them, injection supplies, shipping, follow-up visits, and any increase as the protocol escalates.

Why is compounded semaglutide cheaper than a peptide protocol?

It is one high-volume molecule priced per fill across many competing platforms. Peptide protocols such as sermorelin, CJC-1295 with ipamorelin or BPC-157 are quoted inside a clinical program that includes prescribing oversight and monitoring.

Is a per-milligram research peptide price comparable?

No. A research vial price excludes the prescriber, the dispensing pharmacy, human-use sterility testing, and any recourse. It is a different product category, not a discount on the same product.

How do I compare two clinic quotes fairly?

Put both on the same twelve-month basis: intake fee, every lab panel, medicine at the starting and top dose, supplies, shipping, follow-up, and cancellation terms.
