If you join our waitlist or ask to be matched with a clinic, we collect the contact details you voluntarily provide — your name, email address, and phone number — along with the communication preferences you select (such as SMS or marketing consent). We do not collect health information, financial data, or any protected health information (PHI), and we never ask for a diagnosis or treatment details through this site.

How We Use Information

The contact details you submit are used to notify you when verified clinics are listed in your area and when the FDA compounding review concludes. If you opt in to SMS or marketing messages, we use your phone number or email to send those updates — you can reply STOP or unsubscribe at any time. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with any third party for their own marketing.
