Submit your public clinic information for review. We will confirm the available next steps after reviewing the request.
Payment does not change clinical verification or editorial conclusions. We do not publish placement prices or availability here.
A paid plan buys reach. It does not buy a medical endorsement. Read the complete public source-check standard.
The clinic, responsible clinician, and physical or telehealth service area must be clear.
No listing is shown as verified until the clinic or pharmacy sends us its own state board record and we approve it. Until then the card says License not verified and links to the official board lookup. We do not issue a badge from our own research.
The clinic must explain who prescribes, which pharmacy fills, and how follow-up is handled.
Marketing cannot blur approved uses, off-label care, compounded drugs, or investigational compounds.
Every card currently says License not verified and links here. Sending the record costs nothing and does not depend on any paid plan.
Pharmacy: the pharmacy license number and the state board that issued it. Clinic: the responsible clinician's name, credential and license number, and the state board that issued it. Clinics are not licensed as businesses — their clinicians are — so a clinic needs a named clinician on the record.
We look it up on the issuing board's own public lookup and compare the name or DBA and the address of record with the listing. A screenshot is not proof; the board record is.
On a match the card shows four things: the board, the license number, the status, and the date we read the record. A clinic card also names the clinician whose license was checked. No match, no badge — and we tell you why.
Use the form below, or email [email protected] with the same details and the listing name and city. We update a card only after the board record has been read, and the date on the badge is the date we read it.
Use this form to claim or correct a basic listing. We review requests and confirm any available paid placement only after review; no prices or availability are published here.
