On July 23–24, 2026, the FDA’s Pharmacy Compounding Advisory Committee reviewed seven peptides and recommended six of them move forward in the 503A bulks list process. An advisory vote is not FDA approval, and it does not make anything legal to buy. It is a recommendation the FDA is not required to follow.
