Why “is it legal” has no yes-or-no answer
For peptides, access is not a single switch. It depends on the FDA status of the substance, whether a compounding pathway applies, what your state’s pharmacy and medical boards permit, and whether a licensed clinician has evaluated you and written a prescription.
